I went with my husband and our baby girl to Oak City Brewing yesterday to meet our friends and their little guy and had a great time! There are indoor and outdoor seating options, and trees and covered patio for shade if needed. We went around 5pm and it wasn't busy, so that was nice! I would assume this place gets pretty packed on a weekend. Plenty of space for kids to run and play, but do know it isn't fully gated/fenced and the street is right next to it. However, it's a great spot for families and the traffic is fairly slow in that area. I am not a beer drinker so love that they had decent wine options, yay! There was one bartender working (at least from what I saw), but he was friendly and there was only a minute or two wait for a drink. They have food trucks most nights and last night's was empanadas; they were delicious! I would recommend this cute and cozy spot for a family night out, date night, or fun night with friends! I can't wait to go back!
Always always a good place to chill!! Been a long day, been an easy day no matter what go hear grab a beverage and something from the food truck and enjoy an evening on the patio! Good selection of beers and ciders for those (me) that dont drink beer!!
Always friendly and fun atmosphere. They host random food trucks which is fun . Some times that have live music and host sales events for local venders. Good selection of rotating beers on tap .
Who doesn't love a brewery? I enjoy their beer options, they have a food truck most days, and their out doors space is lovely. It is family friendly which I love! Definitely recommend.
First review since deleting all my content. Oak City is a great place to grab a local beer. Maibock tonight is perfectly made. Food trucks here often as well. Don't bother with BFF the Pig. Ok, Mac n cheese is good but brisket is dry like it was sitting out for 6 hours after being smoked much earlier. Tender but dry and for $21+ I expect Prime BBQ levels which just happens to be across the park but sadly closed.
Decided to try this one since it's relatively close to home. Staff are incredibly friendly and very patient with first-timers. Great selection of beers on tap. Plenty of space outside for kids and families, but there are also spots inside for those of us without small children. Food trucks are always convenient. All in all, a great place to relax in the shade (or the air conditioning) with a cold one. We'll be back.
Stopped in during the week for an event. Loved the Indoor and outdoor seating. Not much of a beer drinker but happy to see they have wine and ciders. I opted to try the Blood Orange Cider. I loved the flavor. Enjoyed the outside seating, they have lots of picnic tables and food trucks.
